Hello Nina Hollander and Brian England - I enjoy the eclectic styles of architecture here in the city. That might be one reason I find some suburbs difficult--too much sameness.

Hello Sally K. & David L. Hanson - thanks for your kind words. There is a wide variety of styles, ages, views, amenities, neighborhoods etc. from which to choose in San Francisco. It's certainly never boring!

Good morning George Souto and Myrl Jeffcoat - which condo building? The one in the first picture is high on Russian Hill, one of the few (only?) condo project Joseph Eichler undertook - very prestigious, fantastic views, doorman building. 2BRs might be $2,000,000 or more.

The older condo building on Gough St might see a 2BR in the 1.1M range and up, depending on extent of remodeling, views, etc. 

Thanks, Roy Kelley . When someone tells me they want to buy a condo, we have to dig quite a bit deeper to narrow down the field.
