I find a lot of folks who have grown families, look to downsize, but not downgrade.  It's amazing how many folks I sold two story homes to in the 1980s, who now want or need single story.  They also like open floorplans and great room concepts.

Dolores and I are among those who need to downsize!

Hi Yolanda - sounds like Sitterle homes found a great niche. Too often in my area small homes = boring homes.

I have some friends that will be downsizing within the next couple of years and I doubt they will want to downgrade at all.

You are right a lot of individuals want to downsize but not downgrade this will be my husband and I in a couple of years. It is great you are able to offer this to couples in your market area. Thanks for sharing I hope you enjoy the weekend.
