Pulte Homes Blackrock located in the Canyons at MacDonald Ranch in Henderson has sold all of the 26 lots released since the grand opening in mid-February.
There were 14 home sites in the first phase and 12 in the second phase, thru a bidding process through Pulte. During the Easy Offer Process would be homebuyers had two day window to submit confidential offers that specified what lot premium they would be willing to pay above Pulte’s set minimum lot premium.
Blackrock is a beautiful contemporary neighborhood that sits on a magnificent private hill on the border of the spectacular Sloan Canyon and overlooking Anthem. The Blackwood neighborhood had over 1,500 guests on the opening weekend.
This new gated neighborhood will have its own private driveway with an impressive entry monument off of Green Valley Parkway and Sunridge Heights. Blackrock will consist of 140 homes and offers both one and two-story homes designed in the desert contemporary architectural style. The neighborhood features nine floor plans that range in from 2,172 to 4,541 square feet with three to seven bedrooms, two to 6 ½ baths and two to four-car garages.
The Blackrock homes offer a variety of standard and optional design features. They range from luxury owner suites, flex spaces and private dens, casitas, covered loggias and large balconies. All the homes are built with Pulte’s Life-Tested features from construction methods, gathering spaces in kitchens, dining and living spaces, open corner sliding doors and floating staircases. Plus as in all Pulte Homes there is a strong emphasis on energy efficiency.
Bridjette Shelfo, division vice president of sales for PulteGroup, stated “We knew Blackrock would be a home run for many reasons, including its stunning canyon location and gorgeous contemporary architecture. But we obviously didn’t anticipate the level of excitement Blackrock would generate.”
