Mr. Trivia Asks the Questions AND Answers His Phone!
The challenge this month to phone an ActiveRain member with whom you’ve never spoken. I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with many members but, there are so many that I could call…now, who do I call?
I was so happy to finally have the opportunity to meet Wayne Martin! After years of following Wayne, it was finally good to put the voice with the words I’d read for years.
I call him Mr. Trivia! If you don’t follow Wayne and you love trivia, you’re missing out on a daily series of 4 trivia questions - with the answers the following day. If, by chance, Wayne misses a day, he tells me that at least 50 people reach out to him in one way, shape or form! We all love our trivia, Wayne - thanks for hosting our AR trivia each and every day of the week!
Wayne began his real estate career, following one as lender, then attending law school, working briefly as an attorney and in the securities sector as well. He then moved into a director of sales in an apartment complex and did so well, he later wound up personally selling 2,000 apartment-to-condo conversions! Pretty impressive, huh?!
A move to Florida and then following his son (after college) back to Chicago, Wayne & his wife now live between their two homes in Chicago & Florida. Wayne says he’s working ‘as little as possible’ now and loving his laid back life!
