The debut of Plan Four – a Modern Farmhouse model- will be April 7 with grand opening events from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This model offers 3,223 square feet of space with four bedrooms, 3 ½ baths and lots of outdoor living space including a courtyard. There is a large great room, dining room, a full bedroom and bath downstairs and a kitchen with walk-in pantry.
Plan One is 2,493 square feet and has four bedroom and 3 ½ baths. There is also an open great room, kitchen with island, a loft and two-car garage. There is an outdoor living space that connects to the home at the front porch – also a courtyard that connects to the house at the great room and dining area with either gliders or stacking patio doors.
Plan Two is also a four bedrooms and measures 2,765 square feet. There are 3 ½ baths, loft and two-car garage. The master bedroom suite is downstairs and an optional junior suite upstairs. Plan Three measures 3,260 square feet. This model also four bedrooms has 3 ½ baths, loft and two-car garage- plus an outdoor living space that is connected to the home from the entry and great room.
