Residential Real Estate For Sale in Addison Texas

The total number of available residential properties for sale in Addison, Texas is 18, down from 23 last month. Inventory is low! Currently for sale, there are:

  • 6 single family homes (ranging in price from $460,000 to $2,195,000)Addison Athletic Club
  • No half-duplexes
  • 5 condos ($339,000 to $449,900)
  • 7 townhomes ($229,900 to $499,900)

March Sales

Seventeen Addison homes sold/closed in March as compared to the 8 that closed the prior month. The median number of days on the market was 17 days, compared to 70 last month. The average number of days on the market was 55 days. These numbers are skewed by a new construction condo that had been on the market for 435 days before closing. Without the new construction condo, the average days on market was 31, with a median of 17 days. The range in March for the previously owned homes was 1 days to 106 days. The average price per square foot of all previously owned homes that sold is $184.02, up from the $172.62 average the prior month. The average list price to sold price ratio is 98.46%, up from last month’s 97.68%.
