HI Lise, we stage occupied and vacant homes and find the foyer is an often overlooked area due to the fact most people in our area enter their home via the garage. They no longer enter through their front door and miss entirely how their reception area looks to others. It tends to be a gathering place for dozens of shoes and jackets and not much of a welcome. We change all that and create a lovely ambience upon a buyer entering a home. Most home owners are shocked at the difference we create using their own things. The odd time we bring in art or decor for an occupied. The two examples here today were in vacant homes.
