Today’s View – April 3, 2018 – Mt. Airy, Md. 21771 – Detached Homes

This is a market report for existing detached homes in Mt. Airy, Md. 21771.  At the time of this report (4/3/2018) not including new construction 65 such homes are on the market FOR SALE, another 58 under contract, and 18 have sold in the last 30 days. The Absorption Rate (Active/30 day sold) is 3.6 which is considered a seller’s market
