Spring market can be such a bugaboo for anxious buyers. Looking at home after home after home and losing out because they were a day late and $1 short... or something like that. This spring is no exception. The seeming lack of inventory has many homes moving within a week on the market and for who knows how far over list price.

Fridley/New Brighton:
- Under $210k single family - main flr master, large kitchen, garage
1st tier Metro:
- Under 210k single family - preferable 3+ bedrooms
