I deleted one of my FaceBook accounts today and there may be more ...
Late last evening and into this morning I started to unfriend family and friends at one of my FaceBook accounts.

The FaceBook a account that I just deleted was opened up in March of 2008 so it took me around 2+ hours to delete everything.
I know FaceBook and the FBI keep everything that was ever loaded including photos, friends, etc but I still wanted to delete what I could.

I have a couple other FaceBook accounts that I will be cleaning up, dropping so called friends and acquaintances, and possibly deleting?

So if for some reason you were a family member and or friend of my FaceBook account that's gone, please search Robert Swetz, Vegas Bob or Alaska Bob and I might add you as a friend ;o)

Right now I am working on yet another FaceBook account to delete, this one is taking around 2-3 hours to delete and unfriend everyone.

What a pain in the butt ;o(

I never did like FB from the beginning. I tried and tried to add it to my marketing and found that it was a time-sucker. So many people are addicted and I did not want to be one of "those" people. I have yet to delete my account. I congratulate you on taking action.

I created a Facebook account to keep up with family and friends that I dont get to connect with because of schedules and distance. I have since started to use it to network and market my listings. Lately I am finding that it serves as an outlet for people to complain about EVERYTHING, put others down, and promote their negative agendas. So my activity has been minimum over the past few weeks.
