Of interesting note, I placed second at Lyon Real Estate (out of about 1,000 agents) for March and I spent a good part of that time in Hawaii. Leaving Sacramento to work from our house in Hawaii is very productive for me. In fact, I am still in Hawaii and just listed two homes yesterday.
When I think about this in retrospect, I honestly cannot believe that I have figured out a way to be in Hawaii and still carry on my top producing real estate business in Sacramento. To this day, it blows me away, and I feel so incredibly lucky and fortunate.
Checked out another house near Southside Park that should be ready for the market shortly as well. I've been really busy, too busy to go to the beach. I plan to recitify that this weekend, soon as the rain and vog lifts.
