Monroe NY Real Estate Inventory - April 1-7, 2018

During the first week of April 2018, nine new single family homes came on the market in Monroe NY. At the same time, several homes went under contract, so total inventory only increased by three (going from 82 to 85 available homes). The Monroe NY market remains a sellers market for now. This is still an excellent time to sell!


The new listings that were added to Monroe real estate inventory were:


38 High Ridge Road, MLS #4814316, listed at $191,900. This three bedroom, one and a half bath raised ranch has ~1,700 square feet of living space and a third acre of property. There is a deck, swimming pool, eat-in-kitchen, two car garage and driveway. The listing does indicate this foreclosure property needs major work.


446 Round Lake Park Road, MLS #4800442, listed at $249,900. The second home this week is a two bedroom, one bath ranch style home with ~850 square feet of living space. In addition to providing Round Lake access and beach rights, the home has been renovated to include a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. There is central air-conditioning, a laundry area and full basement.


107 Second Avenue, MLS #4813478, listed at $269,900. A three bedroom, two bath, ~1,500 square foot ranch home on a nearly a half acre is also available. This home includes oak flooring, a large living area with natural light, lower level with recreation/entertainment room, laundry area and full bath. There is a detached two car garage and level lawn.


69 East Crossman Avenue, MLS #4812162, listed at $325,000. This four bedroom, two bath, bilevel home has ~1,750 square feet of living space and is on more than a quarter acre of property. The home was recently renovated. It includes hardwood flooring, laundry room, fireplace, and updated kitchen and baths. Outside is a one car garage, driveway, deck and fenced-in-yard.


9 McGarrah Road, MLS #4814074, listed at $359,900. This bi-level ranch property has four bedrooms, two and a half baths, and 1,900 square feet of space. The property comes with access to Pine Tree Lake for swimming, boating and fishing. There is wood flooring, central air-conditioning, a two-car garage, leased solar panels, driveway, deck and level yard.


234 Park Terrace, MLS #4813636, listed at $360,000. A contemporary style home with four bedrooms, two and a half baths and ~2,550 square feet has been added to Monroe inventory. This home was recently updated. There are vaulted ceilings, a two-story entry foyer with marble floors, kitchen with granite counters, white cabinets and stainless appliances. The home also has central air conditioning, hardwood flooring, a deck and fenced-in-yard.


16 Forge Road, MLS #4812614, listed at $375,000. This four bedroom, two and a half bath colonial has 2,000 square feet of space on more than a half acre of property. The master bedroom has two walk-in closets. This property also has a 20x20' deck, private yard, central air conditioning, two-car garage and security system.


10 Penny Court, MLS #4813225, listed at $459,900. Another colonial with four bedrooms and two and a half baths is available. This one has 2,850 square feet and more than a third acre of land. There are crown moldings, oak flooring, 9' ceilings, a dining room, and kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. Central air conditioning, a two car garage, landscaped yard and deck round out this property.


19 Balmoral Court, MLS #4811372, listed at $500,000. The final addition this week is a four bedroom, two and a half bath, 3,000 square foot colonial on an acre of land. This home has a two-story foyer, archways, hardwood flooring, a sitting room, living room, office, and kitchen with granite counters and maple cabinets. In the family room is a vaulted ceiling and wood burning stove. The home has central air conditioning, a two car garage, alarm system and deck.
