Let’s see. What fires me up?
Music. Ok. That’s an easy one. Maybe some Ozzy, old Metallica or even sometimes John Denver (yes, John Denver). Did I ever mention that I’m a Fanilow? Anyways.
Other people’s stories of success. That could possibly be the biggest. I love hearing how people fought the odds and made it to the top. This goes for anyone. Whether it is an athlete, a business person or someone doing something in their local neighborhood. And how many people are out there with stories which we have never heard about? Those who do great things and are never recognized for their actions.
No matter what anyone’s situation has been in the past, we all have the power to re-shape our future. Not only our future, but everyone else whom we come into contact with also. It all starts with taking action, however. To sit around and talk about it or think about it and do nothing is a complete waste of energy.
For today, I say let’s get out there and make a dent in history. Take the initiative, take action and set goals so high that our imaginations cannot even reach them. You never know how far you can travel until you try. Have a great day everyone!! Let’s get after it!!
