Weekend Wine Review Mac Rostie's Rose 2017

By
Industry Observer

Bob and I tried our anxiously awaited MacRostie's Rose. This is a Rose made from Pinot Noir Grapes in Sonoma County. We had this with our grilled chicken breast with Orange Habenoro sauce, homemade cole slaw and baked cauliflower. The aromas were tart and citrusy. The taste was tart strawberries, with nectarine and a hint of tangerine. It went perfectly with our meal. We ordered 2 cases so we are well stocked for summer.

I will post a picture of the wine later.

The description sounds heavenly and I would put it with chicken as well. You thought ahead with that good stock.
