'BACKYARD HOME' ADU Factory Tour
Has anyone ever wondered how a Factory Built Home is Built? Well, now you have an opportunity to do just that and have some fun doing it. The time has come for the rubber to literally meet the road. Come and see for yourself how the entire construction process takes place from the mainframe to the final coat of paint. Space is limited so it's first come first served.
I find it so fascinating that they can build a home, have it on a platform with rollers, and just roll it along in assembly. They don't even need to go outside and battle snow, rain or sleet, to do it.

Factory built homes could be one of the solutions to the huge shortage of homes these days.
Factory built construction in general will dominate construction eventually. I have a good friend who just built an entire car wash in a factory and having it shipped and installed onsite. Go figure.
I never thought about the theft, waste and termite issue before. Good point!

I love factory tours of all kinds and I would very much enjoy that tour. Unfortunately, I am nowhere near there. I am enjoying folowing your passion for alternative housing options.
