Summit County Colorado Real Estate Analysis as of January 2007

Market charts and graphs

Speaking of epic days, lets look at the real estate market.  In tracking our Internet leads, I saw a large spike in interest over the holidays and New Years that seems to have translated into a lot of activity.  In Summit County, good listings are being bid on quickly.  An agent in my company listed a property, went to put a sign up and had a contract on her desk before she returned.  The numbers in January were solid.  January is a notoriously slow month for our ski towns.  Take a look:

Prices here continue to rise, often with double digit appreciation.  Take a look at the 19-year history:

As you can see, we are starting to have a surge in housing prices.  As we approach build-out, expect our home prices to rise like they have in Aspen and Vail.

Come visit us.  The snow will be great as soon as the wind dies.  Buy an investment here and watch your money grow!!!
