Closed sales in Highland Beach FL for March 2018 a significant increase from last month for condos, townhouses and villas, along with a single family home sold. 
There was one single family house that closed this month in Highland Beach FL, and there were 20  condos, villas and townhouses.  That's one more house and one more condo than last month.  It may not sound like a lot, but Highland Beach, Florida is pretty small in size at 1.1 miles along the ocean!  And prices went up.
If you are considering buying a home, you can still find deals on a condo or house in Highland Beach, but having  A good real estate agent who understands the market is a must.   

Don't wait on the sidelines for too long.  Many of our listings are selling quickly due to low inventory. To make sure you don't overpay for your home, you'll want to have a Buyer's Agent that does a thorough market analysis of the Highland Beach condo or home on which you are making an offer, knows the ins and outs and how to get you there first.
It can be even more difficult if you are looking for pet friendly condos in Highland Beach, Florida.  That is challenging, to say the least!
Low inventory suggests that condos are not sitting on the market for very long.  This is the market we are in. Low inventory in Highland Beach often has multiple offers coming in on homes similar to what we saw back in 2007. I wouldn't expect home prices to run up quite as fast as they did back then as banks have gotten a lot stricter on lending guidelines and are no longer giving a loan to anyone with a pulse. But mortgage rates are rising.  Low inventory and higher mortgage rates are one indicator that prices should continue to rise.

Highland Beach Real Estate Report Summary


In March 2018, there was one  single family home that closed in Highland Beach, FL.   The list price for the single family home was $ 2,295,000 with a price per square foot of $ 461.   The sold price was $ 2,225,000 with a price per square foot of $ 447.  That's a whopping .97% of asking price!  Days on market was 105.


In March 2018, there were 20 condos, villas and townhouses sold in Highland Beach FL.  That's 1 more than the prior month.


In March 2018, the average list price for condos, villas and townhomes in Highland Beach FL was $ 784,369,  showing an increase over the prior month.  Average list price per square foot was $ 416 per square foot, also indicating an increase from last month.  


In March 2018 the average sold price for condos, villas and townhomes in Highland Beach FL was $ 733,864, showing a significant increase over last month.  Average sold price per square foot was $ 391, also an increase over last month. Average days on market was 97.  Condos, villas and townhouses sold for .94% of asking price in March.
