Flowers to brighten up your yard

By
Real Estate Agent with Ultra Real Estate Dallas Fort Worth

One of the most obvious way to beautify your existing garden is to plant more varieties of flowers. It doesn't have to be expensive.  You can plant low maintenance perennials that will be back year after year.

Before you buy seeds, figure out which zone you are in then check the seed pack for recommended zone guidelines. Double-check with your gardening specialist to find out which of these annuals do well in your area.

Very pretty.   Even a  few pots in front by the door makes it inviting

Susie, it is nice to see a bit of color back in our flower beds.  My tulips, daffodils and hyacinths are up and in full bloom.

I love flowers and have lots planted in my yard. Perennials are always to me a great investment. Sometimes they don't survive year to year though.

Thanks for the tips Debbie Reynolds . I love flowers as well but in Dallas many of those flowers, perennials or not, don't survive the next year or two.  It must be our crazy weather, oh well......

Susie, it was absolutely beautiful this weekend in Denver, and many of the trees are starting to leaf out now too.
