Life brings its trevails and I have been reticent in doing this blog of mine as a result. My apologies. On that note, moving forward to the travels of fellow Rainers! (And a special thanks to Endre Barath for nudging me to get back on the Tuesday Travelogue train!)
Welcome to the ongoing series called Tuesday Travelogue. We are in our 147th week!
Each week (more or less), some ActiveRain bloggers are spotlighted to take us somewhere we may not have been on some kind of virtual travel (and it doesn't cost a dime!). Here is the purpose:
to enjoy the ride"
"take a trip without even leaving the farm"
"expand your horizons"
"see through someone else's eyes"
and hopefully much more!
Our first trip of historical inspiration is this Happiness is the Creation of Seeking Joy by my dear friend, Patricia Feager who has such a way of sharing travels while enlightening us along the way.
Yolanda Cordova-Gilbert has a promise that she keeps...whenever she and her husband Bob travel, they do their best to visit and stroll around parks. This idea is one that I would invite all of us embrace!
Speechless Sunday Parks and Relaxation
Sheila Anderson is a world traveler and I live vicariously through her quite often. This post offers one of her recent fortune cookies and a past trip to Africa. "Stay tuned", she says....oh I can't wait to see where she goes next!
Did you know there's a hummingbird capital in Arizona? Well, that was news to me! This picture beckoned me to want to visit Desert Botanical Garden...and we can go there with Steffy Hristova.
Please don't forget to comment on these blog posts and I hope that you enjoyed all of these virtual travels.
