Lovely home under contract in Ford's Colony

I brought the buyer to this lovely home in Ford's Colony.

 

The buyers are relocating from California to be closer to their daughter and her family.  

 

I originally showed them a house late last spring and they did not like the floor plan.  We kept in touch through email for almost a year before they came back to look at houses.  

 

After looking at about six houses they had picked their first and second choices of the homes they wanted to make an offer on.  Fortunately we got an accepted offer on their first choice. 

 

Let's hope it's smooth sailing through the closing process.
