A Company Will Rise To The Level of the Leader

Lou practiced this. Everything the company is trickles from the top down. When we look at companies and their stock we look closely at management. If managment changes, we make sure that it won't effect the branding of the company.

A Company Will Rise To The Level of the Leader

“Everything raises and falls on leadership.”

John C. Maxwell Author, Pastor, Speaker and

Leadership Expert

As I see it . . . . . . .

A company will rise to the level of the leader

With strong leadership the company will follow the example of the leader . . . . the company has the capacity to become a market leader and to set the pace in their market niche.

When a strong leader is at the helm of the ship and takes control . . . . they know where they’re going and what it will take to get to there destination.

When we look at the financial statements of companies today . . . . there is a group of companies with strong leadership. They have had their share of bumps and bruises  . . . . but they remain competitive because of strong leadership.

There are also another group of companies that are on the edge and their business survival hangs in the balance.

A company will rise to the level of the leader . . . . and fall with poor leadership.

"There are also another group of companies that are on the edge and their business survival hangs in the balance."

On Sunday evening I watched 60 Minutes, and a segment about Allegiant Airlines which seems to not do enough to balance safety against the ability to make profit.  That quote makes me think about that.

I think that strong leadership is often the difference between a really outstanding business or an average business.
