Sealodge B1 is newly listed for $529K. The seller paid $280K for the condo in 10/15. Purchased in 9/07 for $598K, Cliffs 4303 is on the market for $619K.

Contingent:

Puamana 18B is in escrow priced at $545K after selling for $320K in 1/12.

Sealodge D7 is in escrow after 120 days priced at $659K. The prior purchase was in 7/14 for $485K.

Pali Ke Kua 246 is in escrow while priced at $905K after 8 days of availability. The unit was purchased in 4/17 for $750K.

Sales:

Villas on the Prince 30 sold for $654K cash while listed for $659K. The sale prior to this one was in 7/11 for $540K.

Kaiulani 1 sold for $1.075M while priced at $1.2M. The last sale was in 12/16 for $1M.

Kamahana 4 was purchased for $276K as a bank owned property in 8/09 and sold this week for $320K while listed for $350K.

Sandpiper 101 sold for $420K while priced at $425K. The seller paid $335K for the unit in 8/16.

Puamana 24D was listed for $449K and sold for $450K. It last sold in 10/13 for $340K.

Plantation 121 sold for $600K, $1K over the asking price of $599K. The condo sold in 3/15 for $605K.

Nihilani 28A sold for the list price of $659K after 1177 days on the market. The seller bought this unit in 4/08 for $599K.

There are no price changes this week, so here we go onto the update on Princeville Kauai single family homes. There are two new listing and two new escrows. Once again, there are no price changes:

4160 Kalani Place found a buyer after 63 days while priced at $999K. The prior sale was in 6/16 for $860K.

After 321 days, 5276 Pokii Lane went into escrow with a list price of $1.140M. The last purchase was for $630K in 9/02.

Expired:

4011 Aloalii was priced at $2.950M when it expired after 274 days. Land for the home sold for $450K in 12/16.
