Greenfield is located in Centennial, with a bit of this neighborhood in the City of Aurora. It is located off Arapahoe Road & Picadilly in the South part of the Metro Denver area. It is located in Cherry Creek School District, which is just one reason this neighborhood is popular!
I like to stay on top of the statistics for the community, and fun to see the numbers every month. For the month of March, there were four sales, up from tep sales in February. For this size of neighborhood, we don't see many homes go up for sale in Greenfield or Greenfield Estates.
The average sale was $505,000, and sellers are seeing 100.26% to list price. These homes were on the market for only 4 days. This neighborhood sure could use some inventory!
This neighborhood has a community pool, tennis courts and a community pond for the kiddos wanting to try out their rod & reel!
