Lower Makefield township Bucks county Market report March 2018

Lower Makefield  township is located in Bucks county,  Pa.

I looked up the mls for residential listings of single family (does not include multi family homes )  homes sold in Lower  Makefield  township in March   2018.

This is what I  found :

There were 36  homes that settled in the  March 2018

The lowest sale price was $225,000 .

The highest sale price was $ 949,989 .

The average sale price was $439,254

The homes were on the market for an average of 50 days.
