Hi Kevin J. May just watching that video makes me want to fast today!! I'm in damn good shape and I'm very careful about what I eat.... when we go out to eat, I order white meat chicken and ask for it to be boiled and placed on a leaf of romaine lettuce.... yes, that's my order, and no one has ever denied making it.
Now, I'm going to make sure I lift tomorrow at the gym just for having that visual in my mind now!!!

no to the music!! I don't smoke weed anymore!!!
I fast once a month.... it's healthy....and a good mental exercise... I eat very healthy.... several eggs a day and 12 almonds everyday... no olive oil... almonds have enough fat.... salad everyday.... boil my chicken... 18% body fat.... I lift 200 pounds (my 1 RM)... weigh 138 pounds... I eat well and plenty of food....never too much.
Fasting would do more harm than good if that's all you're eating. Can I interest you in an egg, some nuts or at least some olive oil in your salad? How about the music, did you like the music?
