Middletown township Bucks county market report March 2018

Middletown  township is located in Bucks county,  Pa.

I looked up the mls for residential listings of single family (does not include multi family homes )  homes sold in Middletown  township in March   2018.

This is what I  found :

There were 29  homes that settled in the  March  2018.

The lowest sale price was $160,000 .

The highest sale price was $ 579,000 .

The average sale price was $312,510

The homes were on the market for an average of 39 days.

The average price per sq ft was   $170.54
