Youtube is also booming with 86 percent of home shoppers mentioning that they search videos on specific communities that they are interested in. Video content has definitely been more prominent with better quality content coming out everyday.
Facebook can be used for ad targeting and provide analytics. An example of this is to broadcast home listings to newlyweds in a specific area only. Also owned by Facebook, Instagram has proven to be popular among agents and homebuyers. With 800 million monthly users, maxing out hashtags to display a home can build agents a following and ultimately earn them business.
