While, homes sales jumped 57.8% in March of 2018 from February of 2018, but dropped 2.9% from March of 2017, in Ventura County, California.
There were 4.5 months supplies of available inventory of homes in March of 2018 fell from 6.3 months in February of 2018, and gained from 3.6 months in March of 2017. An average it took 41.0 days to sell a home in March 2018, declined from 43.0 days in February of 2018, and decreased from 49.0 days in March of 2017, in Ventura County, California.
