The Spring 2018 Spokane, Wa. Real Estate Market update is fast moving, with very low inventory
( number of available homes for sale ) at 19.7% less homes for sale than last year at this time. We are really feeling this while working with buyers.
This makes it an optimal time to sell your home in the Spokane area, because the buyers are poised and ready.
I have the privilege of working 50/50 with both people selling their home, and with buyers. The balance keeps me in tune with what is happening behind the scenes for both home sellers and home buyers, each with their unique set of challenges and rewards.
Across the board last month, regardless of price range, sellers got 100% + of their asking prices, so this is not a bargain shoppers market. That said, every seller has their own motivation and each sale has it's unique parties, so there is exceptions to every rule, but the stats are out, and the numbers are in.
