During the third full week of April 2018, five new single family homes came on the market in Monroe NY. At the same time, total inventory decreased from 89 to 85 available homes. I keep saying the same thing, but that's because it's still true! The Monroe NY market remains a sellers market. This is still an excellent time to sell!
