Kerflummoxed Over Buyer’s Real Estate Question?
I was asked a Buyer Real Estate Question that had me completely Kerflummoxed.
It was so illogical and the answer, if I could even acquire it, so useless that I was stumped.
So I asked Dear Old Dad.
He said, in the flash of a moment, “ It does not matter what you think of his question. Go get the answer. It is part of his decision making process.”
So I did just that. On both counts.
And then I closed the SALE.
I still shake my head about the question and still cannot believe I tracked down the answer.
Which brings up the point.
Everyone makes decisions a different way. You may get lots of viewpoints and lots of data and do lots of research and then make a decision totally different based on all these data points. You go out of the box or off the grid. Or you may value one data source over and other and weigh it more heavily like in a Statistics formula. Or you may go with the flow.
Whatever the case, get the answer. Don’t proselytize, hedge, bail or stonewall. Get their answer, then get yours.
