Take the time to contact your past customers to make sure they are not having difficulties making their mortgage payments. There are many things that you can do to assist them. Most homeowners biggest hurdle is not knowing where to turn. Take the time to learn the basics of mortgage foreclosure. Good Idea Curtis. I have checked on most of my past clients already. Another way to do this would be to work through you lender. Have them contact the buyer and offer them refi or another product such as equity lines. They will pull credit and get a snapshot of whats going on and can alert you to potential need for further services.
