Epperson - First U.S. Crystal Lagoons Project and Smart Gigabit Community
On Saturday, April 28, 2018 the Grand Opening of the Nation's first Crystal Lagoons project will be celebrated at the Epperson development in Wesley Chapel, FL. The planned community with Metro Development Groups and under the Metro Places umbrella, is forecasted to consist of 2,000 homes located just North of SR54 at Curley Road. Many home buyers spend time looking at communities without securing the services of a Realtor to represent them. One of the biggest mistakes they make as a result, is walking into a builder sales office and signing a purchase contract with an agent of the builder.
