Lake Ashton is a fun active adult lifestyle community. Residents don’t just use their golf carts on one of their two community golf courses, they drive their carts all over the community – many homes even offer golf cart parking garages.
So how can you set your golf cart apart at Lake Ashton? Well, some homeowners get real creative…
- “Trick Your Cart Out”
Why not put rims on your wheels or adds some tunes to your drive? Golf carts can be customized to your liking whether it be animal print you’re into, or you’d rather stick to the basics with plaid accessories. Decorating your golf cart can add a little spice to your game without affecting your score.
- Get Some Exposure
Show off your decked-out ride in a cart show or parade. Drive it on down to Lake Ashton’s Annual Holiday Parade to display your lavishly decorated cart and show off all of the hard work and creativity that goes into it.
- Date Night – à la Carte
Take your sweetie on a date in your cart with the fresh Florida breezes going through your hair. Head up to the Clubhouse…It’s not uncommon to go to the Clubhouse for a fun night of activities and you see rows of golf carts in the parking lots.
- Go Joy-Riding
Gas guzzling is hardly an issue when it comes to hitting the open road on your golf cart. Drive around the neighborhood, even out to the coast, without worrying about how it will affect your pockets. Pick up a friend, crank up the tunes. Let down your hair, cause you’re on golf time, now.
- Gone Fishin’ – Without a Boat.
There’s nothing easier than fishing from your golf cart. Just drive to the water, sit, cast and wait. You may not catch anything, but at least you’re shaded. And the plus side is that you can’t tip your cart. Well, if you’re careful enough, you won’t.
