Is there a way that buyers are really qualified to buy the house. This is really important for realtors as well as agents. We need to do some homework on our buyers to help them buy their dream house. I would like to see you to join me on my campaign to have a pre-qualified buyer.
The market is getting better with a right pre-qualified buyer.
I think its better to properly qualify a borrower. What i mean is submitting a complete package and having an underwriter look at it. If the underwriter has no issues with the borrower(s) its alot easier on the transaction.
