The housing numbers are in for the Flour Bluff Area of Corpus Christi Texas. The median home price is down 16.1% bringing it down to $164,450 for the Month of March 2018. This is in comparison to the same time period for last year.
Active Listings are down 3.1% with only 95 Homes listed for sale in the Flour Bluff Area of Corpus Christi in March 2018.
Average Days on the market is unchanged from the same time period last year with 86 Days on the market, 31 Days to close bringing it to a total of 117 Days to close.
There is currently 4.5 Months of Inventory on the Market for Sale in Flour Bluff - this is also unchanged from March 2017.
Closed Sales were down in March 2018 by 3.7% with only 26 Homes Sold in March 2018.

It is a slow start to the Housing Market in Flour Bluff this year. Things that affect the home sales in this area are weather, economy, & Hurricane Harvey. With interest rates on the rise, I am expecting Home Sales in Flour Bluff to rise in the coming months. Spring is just around the corner & I am seeing more buyers coming into the market. The low inventory is also keeping buyers away but thankfully more home sellers are getting their homes ready to go on the market for sale. New construction in the area is also a factor. Some of these sales are done directly through the builder and not through the association of realtors so those numbers are not a part of this information.
