Ok, let's figure this thing out. I need to talk about me. So, I am a realtor and have been since Feb. 2007. I have since received my E-PRO designation. I have sold, or listed 18 properties in that time. During all of this I can honestly say that I am having a ball. I have the absolute best Broker in the world and her name is Nancy Carroll. The sweetest little southern lady you would ever want to meet. I try to treat all of my clients like I would want someone to treat my own family. I think if you treat everyone like that then you can never go wrong.
I am very patriotic and love to volunteer for things. I led the Relay For Life in Millington this year and we had a ball. We ended up raising over 25,000.00 but we still need more to hit our goal of 40,000.00. But, we will make it. Next is coming the Habitat For Humanity build. I don't feel like you can sell houses without doing something for those that can't quite afford to buy one without some help. And let me tell you, they help. I have not seen one built yet that the owner wasn't putting in some major sweat equity on it.
I also went through the "Leadership Millington" program this year and learned so much not only about Millington but the people that work here and at the state level. We had a trip to Nashville to see the Legislature in action and that was very eye opening. You find some people there that are out for everyones well being and some that you really get the feeling that they are out for their own good. But then again, that is only my opinion.
My business has finally started picking up again, thank goodness, and I hope that everyone elses does too.
And that's all I've got to say about that.
