Lake Arrowhead Real Estate Market Reports

 

Lake Arrowhead, California : This week the median list price for Lake Arrowhead, CA is $579,500 with the market action index hovering around 29. This is less than last month's market action index of 32. Inventory has held steady at or around 222. Market Action Index The Market Action Index answers the question "How's the Market?" by measuring the current rate of sale versus the amount of the inventory. Index above 30 implies Seller's Market conditions. Below 30, conditions favor the buyer. 0 100 29 Slight Buyer's Advantage The Market Action Index has been trending lower for several weeks while prices have remained relatively stable. If inventory continues to grow relative to demand however, it is likely that we will see downward pressure on pricing.

 

Crestline, California : This week the median list price for Crestline, CA 92325 is $249,999 with the market action index hovering around 39. This is about the same as last month's market action index of 39. Inventory has held steady at or around 77. The market has started cooling and prices have been flat for several weeks. Since we’re in the Seller’s zone, watch for changes in MAI. If the MAI resumes its climb, prices will likely follow suit. If the MAI drops consistently or falls into the Buyer’s zone, watch for downward pressure on prices.

 

Twin Peaks, California : This week the median list price for Twin Peaks, CA 92391 is $296,500 with the market action index hovering around 35. This is an increase over last month's market action index of 31. Inventory has held steady at or around 20. While the Market Action Index shows some strengthening in the last few weeks, prices have not seemed to move from their plateau. Should the upward trend in sales relative to inventory continue, expect prices to resume an upward climb in tandem with the MAI.

 

Running Springs, California : This week the median list price for Running Springs, CA 92382 is $279,000 with the market action index hovering around 42. This is an increase over last month's market action index of 39. Inventory has held steady at or around 39. The market continues to get hotter. More sales demand and fewer homes listed have contributed to a relatively long run of increasing prices. Current supply and demand levels show no sign of prices changing from their current trend.

 

Green Valley Lake, California : This week the median list price for Green Valley Lake, CA is $249,450 with the market action index hovering around 37. This is less than last month's market action index of 44. Inventory has held steady at or around 10. The market has started cooling and prices have been flat for several weeks. Since we’re in the Seller’s zone, watch for changes in MAI. If the MAI resumes its climb, prices will likely follow suit. If the MAI drops consistently or falls into the Buyer’s zone, watch for downward pressure on prices.
