If you snooze you loose, even if the market is not hot

Yes, I know that making a decision in buying a home is difficult and you want it to be the right one. I have several people looking at these homes and sometimes, it's the one that make the decision the quickest is the one that wins the home. Just because you think the market is slow does not mean that the home of your dreams will stay there til you make a decision I know 2 people that lost out on this house because it is SOLD. Remember Aliana is HOT! So if you find a home go for it!

I had a buyer that wanted to offer nearly 10% under market. That is a waste of everyone's time in this market.

Good evening Yolanda. I agree, when you find it buy it period. Any market, anywhere, any time.

Yolanda, I believe that buyers who do not have representations and they just wonder into a development like yours are not properly primed and think it will be there... on the other hand buyers who run around with Realtors and keep missing out on homes when they come to a development like yours are mentally ready and know what the market is like and can pull the trigger immediately, Endre

Wise words of advice for the home hunters, Yolanda.  I see some that are sure of a home but then overthink, delay and lose the home.

I never rush people into a decision, but I will let buyers know that if they really love a home and want it, they better act quickly.

Endre Barath, Jr. Unfortunatley I have to disagree with your statement. I have had some really bad realtors in here lately. They actually have killed deals. One of the prospects told me that their realtor had made them cancel 2 other deals, because she did not like the homes I know the location of the other homes and builders all good places and good builders.

In brisk housing markets, delayed decisions are often the largest reason buyers lose out on procuring a home they finally decide to produce an offer on.
