The Keays Group had a wonderful morning meeting the residents that live in Ivy Glen, located in The Gardens in Summerlin Las Vegas. This community is mixed with single story and two story homes. Homeowners are experiencing an increased value of 9% in just one year! This community was very quiet while walking this morning, the streets are wide, the homes are well kept, and it's conveniently located just off Dessert Inn and Hualapi. Speaking with residents, what they enjoy most of their community is the amenities and location.
The Gardens is situated in a half circle just east of Town Center. In the middle of the half circle is the Gardens Park. This park is 18 acres comprising of basketball courts, tennis courts, and even sand volleyball. The grass surrounding the multipurpose building is like the fairway of a golf course. While we were there this morning, people were with their family and friends, throwing frisbees with their dogs, and having gatherings in the picnic areas. Not even a half mile east of Ivy Glen is a Starbucks and multiple restaurants such as Mastrionis Italian restaurant, Roberto's taco shop, and Subway sandwich shop. Very conveniently located for those not wanting to jump in their car to get something to eat, in Las Vegas this is a nice perk. I'll post some pictures of this park very soon.
