Repurpose A Post

Reblogger Cheryl Ritchie

The repurpose content theme is great here. But take a look at the subject, too. It covers the concept of a Seller putting a Home on the Market contingent on finding a home of choice. Another good point is to do the home inspection and repairs in advance, too. Then two of the big challenges are out of the way when a home is found!

Re purposing Margaret Rome

Some years ago, I wrote this popular but a bit controversial post that was featured and received a lot of comments.

Recently I have been asked to write an "Ask the Real Estate Expert"

I just go back and choose one of my previous blog posts.

This will be running in the paper this week.

Margaret Rome Ask expert

It basically is the copy from one of my previous articles.

Wonderful way to save time.

It's good publicity.

I don't have to reinvent the wheel.

Are you re purposing any of your blog posts?

Thanks for the reblog Cheryl Ritchie Getting sellers to do a pre inspection prior to listing can save a lot of time. You are one of the few agents I know that require this. You set a good example.

Yes, this is a great idea.  I just contacted an online web to ask if they would like content from an architect.  Thanks
