There are many different experience levels of agents here in the Active Rain community. And even within those different levels, we have different specialties. Some are buyers agents, some only work referrals, some will not take buyer clients at all. So with that said, everybody has a different, but unique listing presentation.
There are a few common items that should be looked at before you prepare one!
Your Mission Statement:
What is it that makes you different from other agents? What is your driving motivation to why you want to help your potential clients?
Your Qualifications:
What designations, certificates, or formal education do you possess? What achievements have you been recognized for in your career? Sharing your qualifications will make them feel more comfortable that you know what you are doing.
Your Brokerage:
Always be sure to include a slide of your brokerage. Why did you choose that brokerage? What kind of sales volume do they handle year over year? What is great about that brokerage?
Market Overview:
Include a slide of the current market trends for your lead's area. Leads have likely done research already, but they do not know as much as you do. Impress them with this slide by giving them a more in-depth look at the market trends.
Feedback from Leads:
Always include a question segment in your presentation to ask more about your leads' properties. Why are they trying to sell their home? When do they want it sold by? What do they expect out of a real estate agent?
Proposed Marketing Plan:
What will you do for them? Pay per click? Social media marketing? Craigslist? Be sure to include that have you have plan in place to reach their goals!
