Clermont FL Homes For Sale With Private Pools April 2018

With temperatures close to ninety for the past two weeks, having a private pool sounds really good. With my hectic schedule, I don’t get in the pool as much as I would like to but even just relaxing by the pool early hours of the morning is something I look forward to. Taking care of it easier than you might think. If that’s not something you wish to do, there are plenty of companies who will do it for you.

Thousands move to FL each year for many reasons, one of them is the warm climate. Yes, it gets hot in the summer but once you become a Floridian, you kinda get used to it.  One of the benefits of living in Florida is the beautiful shining sun on most days. We do have our share of cold and rainy days, however, it is beach and pool weather most of the year and no heavy coats needed in the Sunshine State. Though Clermont FL is about a ninety-minute drive to the closest beach, having your own private pool to take a dip after a long day is something Floridians can get used to. How about having your morning or evening beverage by your pool while listening to the birds?

With the warm/hot weather, having a private pool is almost a necessity in FL rather than a luxury. Clermont home buyers looking for a pool home won't be disappointed with the inventory as well as list prices. If taking care of a pool is not something you wish to take on, there are also Clermont FL subdivisions with community pools.

Unlike other parts of the country, FL residents can certainly use their pool more than just a couple of months out of the year.

Pool homes for sale in Clermont FL continues to be in demand for buyers looking to either make a change or moving from colder climates.

Here’s a snapshot of all the pool homes in Clermont FL as of April 30, 2018;

Beth, I love homes with private pools. Interestingly I would not build one in our backyard... would not want to damage our fruit trees... two doors down from us the neighbor just put in a pool we were all laughing that all the neighbors will be visiting him during the summer months:)Endre

This may...strangely enough be a topic for us to explore in a post...we went from snow last week to what is supposed to be 70 to 80 today !   Within a block of our home there are 3 inground pools...not our thing...but for people who love them...they are just the best !

Beth, if I lived in Florida I would definitely want a pool and see why they are so popular there. In Clermont, you are the agent to contact when looking for a home with a private pool. You're the local expert!

Good morning, Beth... I'm always "interested" when you post the private pool market reports... for some reason, I'm always of the opinion that virtually all Florida single family homes have pools. Aren't temperatures in the 90's in April a bit high even for Florida?

As it gets hotter here, the homes that have private pools will certainly be more desirable to the prospective buyers out there.

You wouldn't have to sell me on a pool. I would definitely have one in a climate such as yours. Not only refreshing to jump in the water, but relaxing and beautiful to look at too. D

I once owned a home with an indoor pool and I would never do that again. You can't ever turn off the dehumidifier or the walls will run with moisture and then the termites fly.

Much better to have the pool in the back yard.

Beth: do you have rivers in Clermont? Lakes? Other bodies of water? To make up for the lack of ocean access.

I too enjoy laying by the pool but there is so little time to do that. The warm sun feels so therapeutic.
