FYI, Delaware County, PA Rental Properties Alert!

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Urban Knight Enterprises, Inc.

I just recieved an alarming call from an associate of mine.  The landlord reported that two of their apartment buildings have been vandalized and the copper piping was stolen out of both of the units.  These units are located in the Chester area.....It was reported the vandals broke into the basement areas, blew out the lights and was able to disable the alarm systems.

These buildings were not vacant and the tenants woke up to a surprise of no water.  I was asked to spread the word and emphasize the importance of securing your building units.  Please feel free to alert others.

It may be wise to paint the copper piping white as a precaution!

Wow, that is just crazy, thieves will stop at nothing.  I wish you and your tenants the best.

Since the hurricane and a lot of deserted areas this has been a common thing around New Orleans the past couple of years.
