Activerain member helping another!

I want to share how a fellow activerain member came to my rescue.  I am a pretty resourceful person.  But when I don't know something, I ask for help.  A friend of mine asked me for help with a real estate problem.  She bidded on a property at the courthouse that was later foreclosed on.  This is something I knew nothing about.  I decided to go on the activerain site for help.  I found a realtor on the group site familar with short sales.  His name is Eric Reid.  So, I emailed Eric right away.  Eric was out of town at the time but told me he would call when he returned.  He kept his word!  By this time, I'm panicking and decided to look for help elsewhere.  Nonetheless,  Later on, I did call Eric to discuss my friend's problem. He gave me straight forward answers and explained to me what he thought I should do.  This man did not know  me from Adam, but took time out of his busy schedule to help out.  I salute you Eric for sharing your talent and knowledge of real estate.  I am encouraged and won't hesitate to do the same for others.  There's no question who I'll be sending referrals to in that area.  Eric Reid you are the greatest.  May you forever be blessed in your endeavors.
