Ottawa, the Home of the Titans, is a cool little town about a half hour southeast of Defiance. The Blanchard river runs through and around the South/SW edge of town, offering some nice views. Red Pig Inn is a well-known and established spot to eat, especially if you love BBQ. Ottawa Memorial park is a great community park, which also features an 18-hole disc golf course, which I like to stop and play before or after an inspection, if I have time. There also are some super nice houses and the overall construction/quality of workmanship in and around Ottawa and Putnam County is definitely top notch.
