I don't know about you but I love that statement.  In fact, when build high performing teams you want just that.  If you want to learn more then mark your calendars for Wednesday May 9th.  The Business Council of Westchester is hosting the following event:

 

Great Minds Think Un-Alike

 How Leveraging the Value of Difference Can Enhance Your Employer Brand and Create a Sustainable Competitive Advantage

 

Maria Stolfi, Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion for Swiss Re will give the keynote address.  She will talk about best practices for building a diverse workforce and creating conditions that help increase employee engagement, business performance and growth.

After Maria's presentation a panel of local business leaders will discuss these trends and best practices.

Oh, count me in on the title bandwagon too, Grant!

Best of luck with the conference - sounds like a wonderful keynote speaker lined up. And, I agree, diversity is king when forming a team. We're all not cut from the same cloth - thankfully - it's nice to plug the holes with others who excel at tasks we don't.
