Yes, I was a bit bewildered as I answered my phone yesterday, noticing an agent's name pop-up for a sale that had already closed. Especially since I didn't think we had anything else to discuss. I mean, she had already disclosed to me all the terrible things her buyer forced her to do during the transaction. How her buyer pushed her to email me over and over, saying stupid things. Dumb stuff, like, tell her that house is really a two bedroom house and always will be a two bedroom house, as though that was news to me. Or, that I cared.
So, perhaps she was calling to reiterate all of those crazy emails. Or, not. No, probably not. Must be something else. And the blog that Joan Cox wrote prompted me to write about this because it is interesting, not to mention, amusing.
