Custom homes range upwards of $400,000 and buyers can totally customize their home. The homes are very close to Fruita High School and Fruita Middle School.
Adobe View North is on the south side of I-70 off of 18 Road and joins the Adobe View subdivision and golf course. On 8.03 acres there are 34 lots available and several builders products to choose from.
