Fruita Colorado New Homes in Aspen Village and Adobe View North

Aspen Village is off of the intersection of Aspen Avenue and 18 Road also known as Pine Street (North side of I-70). Started in 2017 there are only 22 lots available. Custom homes range upwards of $400,000 and buyers can totally customize their home. The homes are very close to Fruita High School and Fruita Middle School.
Adobe View North is on the south side of I-70 off of 18 Road and joins the Adobe View subdivision and golf course. On 8.03 acres there are 34 lots available and several builders products to choose from.
