What will replace Starwood north of Smyrna and La Vergne?

It's been several weeks since the announcement that Starwood Amphitheater would be closed.  This large tract of land off Murfreesboro Road just before the Rutherford County line is full of potential.

The Tennessean has speculated that the area will be developed commercially along the lines of currently-planned developments.  The Tennessean notes that PGM Properties intends to build Mt. View Marketplace, shopping center that may be anchored by a Publix grocery store.  There are also plans in place for a hotel and office complex nearby.

The Southeastern corridor of Davidson County, leading into Rutherford County, has been one of the fastest-growing areas in Nashville for many, many years.  At times it's seemed that the commercial infrastructure has been slow to follow, although in the last two or three years there have been a number of new developments along Murfreesboro Road.  The new Wal-Mart, Starbucks, Ruby Tuesday, and other developments have really made the area take off and complimented the urban infill of new new houses in the area.
